Terms and conditions

1. Applicability
   1.1 These terms and conditions apply to all agreements between the customer and Restaurant Kenneh, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

2. Reservations
   2.1 Reservations can be made online or by phone.
   2.2 Due to our limited capacity, we regret that we are unable to accommodate children.

3. Set Menus

   3.1 Dietary requirements and allergies must be communicated prior to your reservation, so we can cater to your needs as best as possible.

4. Payment
   4.1 Payment must be made according to the methods listed on our website.
   4.2 A deposit is required for our seasonal vegan tasting menu, a la carte, special menu, and The West-African Experience. This deposit will be deducted from your final bill or refunded within 14 days.
   4.3 If the reservation is cancelled at least 48 hours in advance, the deposit will be refunded to the guest's account within 14 working days of the cancellation.

5. Liability
   5.1 Restaurant Kenneh is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings.
   5.2 Restaurant Kenneh is not liable for personal accidents or injuries.

6. Changes and Cancellations by Restaurant Kenneh
   6.1 Restaurant Kenneh reserves the right to modify or cancel reservations due to unforeseen circumstances, force majeure, or other reasons. In such cases, we will strive to offer a suitable solution.

7. Privacy
   7.1 Personal data will be treated confidentially and processed in accordance with applicable privacy laws. Please refer to our privacy policy for more details.

8. Disputes
   8.1 In the event of a dispute, both parties will attempt to resolve the issue amicably.

9. Applicable Law
   9.1 All agreements are governed by Dutch law.
