1. WHO WE ARE

Restaurant Kenneh B.V. acts as the Data Controller for the personal information collected through our website and reservation services. We are committed to processing your data transparently and securely.

2. DATA COLLECTION & RETENTION

A. Reservations

When you make a booking, your data is processed through Guestplan.

  • Data Collected: Name, email address, phone number, booking time, and other details provides (allergies and requests).

  • Communication Consent: By completing a booking, you provide consent for us to contact you regarding your reservation (e.g., confirmations, reminders, or updates).

  • Retention & "No-Deletion" Policy: Guest details provided during booking are not automatically deleted. We also retain this data under our Legitimate Interest to manage guest history and provide personalized service for returning guests.

B. Newsletters & Marketing

You may opt-in to our newsletter during the booking process or via our website.

  • Delivery: Newsletters may be sent to you via Squarespace or Guestplan.

  • Legal Basis: Explicit Consent. You can withdraw this consent at any time by clicking "Unsubscribe" in any marketing email.

C. Analytics & Advertising (Google Analytics)

We use Google Analytics on our Squarespace website to track how visitors interact with our site, specifically to measure conversions (bookings) resulting from our advertisements.

  • Privacy Guard: We use IP anonymization and Google Consent Mode v2 to respect your privacy preferences.

3. THIRD-PARTY DATA SHARING

We share your personal information with trusted service providers to help us operate our business. These parties act as "Data Processors" and are prohibited from using your data for their own purposes:

  • Guestplan: Used to process and store your reservation details. This is necessary for the performance of our contract with you.

  • Squarespace: Used to host our website and manage our newsletter mailing list. They process technical data and contact information on our behalf.

  • Google: Used for website analytics and tracking the success of our advertising campaigns. This helps us understand the "conversation" between an ad click and a completed booking.

All third-party providers located outside the European Economic Area (specifically in the United States) are required to protect your data using Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

4. COOKIE POLICY

Our website uses cookies to distinguish you from other users and to analyze our traffic.

Your Rights & Control

In compliance with the Dutch Telecommunications Act:
